JPF Faith, Food, + Fitness Challenge- Week 4


Hi Team!

Recap from Week 4:

#1 We read chapter 5 of The Daniel Plan on the first topic of this challenge- FITNESS.

#2 We listened to Session 3- as Coach Andrea discussed different types of fitness and training.

#3 Here are some fitness tips:

• 30 minutes

• 3-5 days/week • Balanced Workout Cardio + Strength Training • Flexibility + Balance Training


Challenge for Today:

  1. SELECT YOUR START DATE

  2. FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY/TRAINING PARTNER

  3. CHOOSE ACTIVITIES YOU ENJOY

  4. SET GOALS

  5. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE AND INTENSITY
