About the Process
Joel found his unique ability to paint
after a car accident that left him
paralyzed from the neck down in 2009.
His wife, an artist herself, encouraged him to start painting Christmas cards in 2014... and they were a hit! Joel and Lauren are inspired by simple life on their farm and nature. Lauren draws for him and Joel paints each new creation by mouth. He now supports his family as he creates custom artwork and paints to the masses to fulfill his role as the best husband and father (to-be) ever!
