Most of you know that we moved to Jacksonville for Joel's therapy at Brooks Rehab. What you may not know is that Joel pretty much refused to work with anyone except his amazing Physical Therapist {PT} Sarah. It's not everyday that you become close with your PT and also her husband, but something about Sarah was different. She is the sweetest and most challenging person added to Joel's life- and by that I mean that she pushes him, in similar ways as I do. She even has a loving nickname for him "Princess" because he's pampered and particular.
You may recognize her from our videos and or photos we share of his sessions at Brooks, and though I've been trying to get her and her husband Matt to the farm for over a year for photos- she said she didn't have a single photo of him smiling in their wedding photos, and I saw that as a challenge and I was determined to break that record and give them some updated photos for their new(er) home. She had an extra special reason- a new addition. Matt is in the Navy and he arrived home after being deployed just in the nick of time. Sweet little Jayce is set to make his appearance any day now (today is actually her due date!). And as we await his arrival, what better time than now to cherish these sweet photos taken last week. And get ready for all the cuteness coming in his newborn photos.
