Here's a few fun after school frozen snacks that are mama easy and kid ready in a split second when they are hungry. Plus they are filled with good, nutritional and yummy ingredients.

This month we are sharing all kinds of fun things for your kids! So far we have shared freezer meals, Lava Bead Essential Oil Diffusing jewelry, our Little Maker's Market, and now we have after school snacks for your littles (or bigs-they are friendly for all ages).

Fun, After School, Pick-Me-Up Recipes

Tropical Smoothie:

1/4 cup coconut water

5 drops grapefruit vitality essential oil

handful of spinach

tropical medley (frozen)

Grapefruit Popsicles

1/4 cup coconut water

15 drops grapefruit vitality essential oil

1 can crushed pineapple, 20 oz

Mix well to ensure oil doesn't separate before poring into molds

Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours

Blueberry Smoothie

Freezer Pack

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Healthy handful of spinach

1 banana, sliced

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 can coconut milk, frozen into ice cubes , add 3-4 cubes

1 tsp Chia Seeds (optional)

Freeze Smoothie Pack in Ziplock Bag (overnight at least)

add to blender with 1- 1 1/2 cups water depending on desired thickness

Grapefruit Lemonade:

1 cup white, granulated sugar

1 cup water (make simple syrup)

1 cup lemon juice

2 to 3 cups cold water (to dilute)

7 drops grapefruit vitality essential oil
