Cinnamon Bark

As you now know, in this segment, we will be featuring one essential oil on the first Wednesday of every month. We will be giving you fun, educational information about the benefits of the featured oil, how to diffuse the oil, diffuser blends, how to infuse it where applicable, recipes for food and fun bath and body products you can DIY all month long! This month the oil we are featuring is Cinnamon Bark ,which has many great benefits when you infuse or diffuse.


There’s no doubt that Cinnamon Bark is a favorite during the winter seasons, as its sweet and spicy scent evokes memories of the holidays. For a festive note, diffuse Cinnamon Bark with Frankincense, Orange, Tangerine, Clove, or Nutmeg. Cinnamon Bark can also be applied topically if diluted properly to avoid skin irritation.
